Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, bejototo reserves the right to close all such accounts, void any related bets, and withhold any balance therein pending investigation.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your account details with any third party. bejototo will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
bejototo is obligated under its international licensing conditions to implement Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Identity verification is mandatory before a User's first withdrawal request is processed and may also be triggered at bejototo's discretion in connection with any transaction or activity that gives rise to concern.
Users may be required to provide one or more of the following:
bejototo will endeavour to complete KYC review within 24–48 hours of receiving satisfactory documentation. During this period, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold. bejototo is not liable for delays arising from incomplete or illegible documentation submitted by the User.
bejototo reserves the right to refuse account verification and, consequently, to decline withdrawal requests where submitted documentation cannot be authenticated or where identity cannot be confirmed to a satisfactory standard. In such circumstances, the User will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to provide alternative documentation.
bejototo accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow Transfer, and FPX Bank Transfer. Cryptocurrency deposits (Bitcoin, Ethereum, and USDT) are also accepted.
All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Where a deposit is made in an alternative currency, conversion to MYR will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. bejototo is not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees imposed by your payment provider.
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for most payment methods. Specific bonus offers may stipulate a higher minimum deposit to qualify. Users should refer to individual bonus terms for applicable minimum deposit thresholds.
Deposits via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow Transfer are typically credited to your bejototo account instantly or within a few minutes. FPX bank transfers may take between 5 and 15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to blockchain confirmation times and may take 30–60 minutes or longer in periods of network congestion.
bejototo reserves the right to reject or return any deposit that cannot be verified or that originates from a source inconsistent with the User's registered payment profile. Users must not deposit funds on behalf of third parties.
Withdrawals are only available to Users who have completed KYC verification. Additionally, any bonus wagering requirements attached to a User's account must be satisfied before real-money funds derived from bonus play become withdrawable.
Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the User's own name. bejototo does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Supported withdrawal channels include e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay), bank accounts via FPX, and cryptocurrency wallets.
E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers may take 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on the receiving institution. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation and typically complete within 30–60 minutes.

bejototo does not currently charge fees for standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may impose their own transaction fees, for which bejototo accepts no liability.
All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and loyalty rewards offered by bejototo are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits, and eligible game restrictions. These specific terms are published alongside each offer and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.
A wagering requirement (also referred to as a "rollover" or "turnover" requirement) specifies the total amount a User must wager before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of RM100 with a 10x wagering requirement requires the User to place bets totalling RM1,000 before withdrawal is permitted.
bejototo operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting promotional errors, placing hedged or arbitrage bets to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements, and any other activity designed to extract value from promotions in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose. Where bonus abuse is identified, bejototo reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close the relevant account.
bejototo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to any commitments already made to Users who have validly claimed a bonus prior to the change.
All games and betting markets on bejototo are governed by the specific rules published for each product. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before participating. In the event of a discrepancy between a specific game rule and these Terms, the specific game rule shall prevail in respect of that game only.
All slot and table game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. bejototo does not manipulate game outcomes and is committed to publishing RTP (Return to Player) information for all slot titles where such information is available from the game provider.
Sports betting markets, including those for EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and e-sports, are governed by bejototo's Sports Betting Rules. Bets placed on void events will be refunded at the original stake. Bets involving incorrect odds published in error may be voided by bejototo at its sole discretion.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use bejototo's intellectual property other than for the purpose of using the Services as a registered User.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any part of the platform without the express prior written consent of bejototo.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bejototo, its officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds resulting from gambling activity; technical interruptions or downtime; unauthorised access to your account; or reliance on any content or information provided on the platform.
Gambling involves inherent financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit and that bejototo bears no responsibility for gambling losses incurred through normal, fair use of the platform.
bejototo's total liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to KYC requirements being satisfied and no outstanding wagering obligations remaining.
bejototo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where: (a) these Terms have been violated; (b) fraudulent or criminal activity is suspected; (c) chargebacks or payment disputes have been initiated against bejototo; (d) the User is found to be under 21 years of age; or (e) any other circumstances arise that, in bejototo's reasonable assessment, justify such action.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bejototo reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation.
